This proprietary solution is stronger and more resilient than traditional epoxy, delivering a long-lasting, high-performance finish. In this role, you’ll support the installation team in preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying coatings that meet our exacting quality standards. You'll receive hands-on and classroom training designed to build your technical skills, with a clear path to grow into a Lead Installer role. What You’ll Do: Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (not Garage door installation - coatings, scraping, etc.) Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies Handle and transport materials safely—indoors and outdoors—in all weather conditions Perform surface detailing and ensure every project meets our high-quality standards Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates Work at least two weekends per month and adapt to meet critical business needs Key Qualifications Valid driver’s license required Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience with basic hand tools and different hardware types Strong attention to detail—accuracy to the millimeter Organized, systematic, and solutions-oriented approach to work Professional communication skills and customer service mindset Physical ability to lift and carry products into workspaces Who Thrives in This Role This position is ideal for someone who: Takes pride in hands-on work and craftsmanship Is eager to learn and advance their career in installation Enjoys problem-solving and working in a team environment Can balance professional demands with personal commitments Schedule & Location Based in Raleigh, NC Requires at least two weekends of work per month Combination of indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions About Renuity Garage Renuity Garage is part of the Renuity family, a network of leading home improvement companies across the U.S. We specialize in garage transformations, custom storage, and organization solutions that turn clutter into clean, functional, and inspiring spaces.
