careers. The Opportunity We're seeking a dedicated New York
Licensed Master Social Worker to provide individual and couples
therapy to diverse pre-teen to adult populations via telehealth.
This role offers the flexibility to build your caseload while
receiving clinical supervision from an LCSW to support your path

excellence. Your Role As part of our team, you'll provide
evidence-based individual therapy via telehealth, conducting
thorough assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
Our practice focuses on OCD, anxiety and relationship issues, but
we treat a wide variety of mental health issues. You'll maintain
timely documentation, participate in supervision and case
consultation, and deliver culturally responsive and ethical care to
our diverse client population. What We're Looking For Required:
Active LMSW license in New York State Master's degree in Social
Work from an accredited program Strong clinical assessment and
intervention skills Excellent written and verbal communication
abilities Ability to work remotely and conduct telehealth therapy
sessions Preferred: Experience with diverse populations Experience
with electronic health records Bilingual skills Compensation &
Structure Compensation: $40–$45 per session based on experience and
modality Schedule: Flexible work hours Start date: March/April 2026
Client Flow: Gradual caseload building with referrals provided by
Magenta Therapy. Therapist should see 20 clients per week. Ready to
