Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products. Prepare regular reports on sales progress and market conditions to inform management decisions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to analyze sales data and market trends Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a team Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales or management certifications are a plus but not necessary.
