customer's journey. A typical day as a Customer Outreach
Representative involves: Proactively engage with potential
customers face-to-face within the community to facilitate their
enrollment. Offer comprehensive details on AT&T's latest
services and promotions to identify the best solutions for each
customer’s unique needs, ensuring their satisfaction. Cultivate and
maintain enduring client relationships to enhance ongoing customer
satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty. Stay informed about all
product and service offerings to effectively communicate with
customers, promote the AT&T brand, and drive sales performance.
Ensure precise and up-to-date customer account records for seamless
service activations and installations. Work closely with
high-performing Customer Support Associates to deliver consistent
service and efficiently resolve customer issues and inquiries.
Actively contribute to sales objectives, identify emerging market
opportunities, and implement targeted outreach strategies to fuel
business expansion.
