Job Description:

Well-established commercial general contractor seeking to hire a motivated Assistant Superintendent in Raleigh! Plenty of work lined up with excellent clients, this will be a great opportunity to quickly advance within the company on future projects. Projects are largely concrete, structural steel, tilt up, typically value between $10-40 million each. Assist in the coordination of all on-site construction progress
Assist the Lead Superintendent in managing all subcontractors
Ensure the project is being completed according to budget & schedule
Communicate regularly with the Project Management team
Strengths must include scheduling & quality control
- Preference for previous commercial project experience
- Experience with ProCore construction software preferred
