Stock Plan Services business unit in Durham, NC.As part of the
Product organization, this role is responsible for delivering value
by driving innovation through process improvements that enable the
ability to efficiently and effectively support our customers.The
Expertise We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience (project management, business
analysis)
- 3-5 years experience with Scrum & how Agile development teams
successfully work on and complete Agile projects
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in SAFe, Kanban and Six Sigma would be a plusThe
Purpose of Your RoleThe Product Analyst will report to the Director
of Product Management, and will analyze business processes, review
user personas, and capture requirements necessary to determine how
to build out our products and services. Applying an Agile SCRUM
approach, the Business Analyst will work with the Product Manager,
the Creative Team, and the Development to write and review user
stories. You will also make recommendations about products and
features that would support the business objectives and customer
experience. A successful candidate will be able to analyze the 3rd
party/product integration aspects of business requirements and be
able to effectively work with vendors to implement such
requirements.The Skills You Bring

analysis
- Participate in refining Epics (Features) and defining
acceptance criteria and E2E validation points
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and analytical skills,
as well as high attention to detail are key qualities you
possess.
- Participate in the user acceptance process to validate the
solution (feature level validation)
- Ability to understand the big picture and relationships of each
capability to the others across the program
- JIRA (or similar ALM tool) experience requiredThe Value You
Deliver
- Build detailed requirements documentation and specifications
including use cases, context diagrams, business process flows,
etc.
- SME for the scrum teams and drives the effort for epic level
validation to ensure the highest level of integrity, accuracy, and
overall quality are included in the end product.
- Participates in the user acceptance process to validate the
solution.
- Work with key partners and scrum teams to ensure business
requirements are clarified
- Ensure that the final design and delivered enhancements meet
the business requirements
- Develop and implement documentation including test plans and
end user procedures
- Participate in program meetings, planning sessions, feature
definition sessions and scrum and triage meetings as needed
- In collaboration with Product Manager, prioritize, maintain,
and communicate Business Epics/ Capabilities/Features
- Create process flows in order to clearly communicate a set of
