The Role\u00A0As part of the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Product
organization, the Product Analyst is responsible for delivering
value by driving innovation through process and system improvements
that enable the ability to efficiently and effectively support our
customers. The Product Analyst works within the SPS Agile project
management methodology as a member of the SPS Customer Solutions
Chapter. Product Analysts are responsible for collaborating with
Product Owners/Squad Leads at the Product Area level to elicit,
document, and translate complex business requirements into Agile
feature-level epics. They also drive the effort for sub-initiative
validation to ensure the highest level of integrity, accuracy, and
overall quality are included in the final product.
- Collaborates with Squad Leads to elicit input from multiple
stakeholders to identify business requirements in order to define
capabilities and/or sub-initiatives.
- Documents and translates complex functional requirements into
sub-initiative level epics.
- Ensures analysis artifacts (i.e. flow diagrams, use cases and
supporting documentation) are updated and available for scrum
teams.
- Participates in tribe meetings, planning sessions,
sub-initiative definition sessions and scrum and triage meetings as
needed.
- Works with key business partners and scrum teams to ensure
functional requirements are clarified.
- Participates in the user acceptance process to validate the
solution ensuring that the final design and delivered improvements
meet the business requirements.
- Assist with development of end user documentation including
test plans and business readiness artifacts.
- Provides constructive feedback for future process

- Bachelor s degree or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years of related experience in business analysis
- Proven experience with Scrum & how Agile development teams
execute on Agile projects
- Robust analytical abilities
- Ability to process and manage multiple priorities and
initiatives
- Ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems
- Excellent communication (written and oral), customer service
and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively work with varied levels and collaborate
on business solutions
- Ability to elicit requirements using interviews, document
analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process
descriptions, user stories, scenarios, business analysis, task and
workflow analysis
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough focus on delivering
quality output
- Ability to understand the big picture and relationships of each
capability to the others across the program
- JIRA (or similar ALM tool) experience requiredThe
