This position could be in Merrimack NH, Boston MA, Durham NC. Remote with one week onsite per month. Title - Systems Analyst The Role Compliance Risk Business Operation Technology team is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to work on compliance products under Asset Management Compliance. The role involves working in a collaborative agile team. We are looking for a self-managed and motivated analyst, who can blend technology and business expertise for building complex distributed systems. In an agile structure you will collaborate with other team members to define and refine how we solve the right problems in the right ways. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 5+ years of systems analysis experience
• Strong data analysis skills, comfortable working with databases and SQL
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to interview Business partners to understand objectives, requirements and use cases
• Ability to understand complex systems and document technical requirements
• Proficiency in writing user and system stories and all the supporting documentation
• Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
• Expertise & experience in defining and coordinating test exercises such as user acceptance testing, data validation
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Financial services experience in Asset Management preferredThe Team You will be part of the Compliance Engineering chapter aligned to the Data Services, Compliance & Operations technology domain.
