The RoleWe are looking for an ambitious leader who is client-obsessed and loves working collaboratively with teams to deliver outstanding client experiences. Strong history of delivering digital experiences that engage and enrich customers lives.Identifying and creating premier client experiences for Fidelity s newest digital experience and working in a fast-paced start-up environment. In this role, you will be:

• Pulling information together across a diverse set of individuals and teams and articulating the full story across multiple streams of work.
• Staying intellectually curious and embracing a growth mindset as you ramp up quickly on innovative concepts and approaches.
• Collaborating closely with development teams on app architecture, helping them understand product needs to draft detailed technical requirements.
• Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to develop a scalable and integrated product solution.
• Defining experimentation agendas and assessing work against critical metrics, revenue targets, and scorecards.
• Enabling work across squads to create a consistent, end-to-end product vision and customer experience.The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor s or equivalent with 8 years of experience
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with diverse partners and understand how to influence without authority.
  • Results-oriented and able to own several initiatives at once, working independently to complete tasks in high-quality, timely manner.
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage time in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Strong communicator with technical literacy and proven ability to partner with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly articulated and implemented.
  • Stays persistent and owns the outcome while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Thinks broadly ability to consider the customer s total relationship with Fidelity while focusing on a specific product experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to cross-functional collaboration in an agile, client-centric environment true passion for test and learn!

  • Participates in and leads readiness and roll out activities for customers and Fidelity associates.
  • Active participation in defining requirements and expectations to help inform technical strategy and roadmaps.
  • High-level understanding of APIs preferred, and how data is collected, stored, and used to create great customer experiences.
