• 8+ years of Systems Analyst experience
• Experience working in a web development environment required
• Ability to work as across many squads for requirements gathering and understanding
• Proven experience in Systems Analysis and deep understanding of the software life cycle stages
• Oracle Database, Informatica, and SQL knowledge is hi preferred
• Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop people and teams
• Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations.
• Proven expertise and passion for delivering complex technology solutions and achieving results
• Passionate about engineering excellence, innovation, and empowerment
• Aptitude and eagerness to learn new domain
• Understanding of communication business is a plus The Team This passionate team is a part of Workplace Investing business unit. The analyst position will work in partnership with Squad Leaders, Chapter Leaders, and developers to analyze existing solutions and designs, offer solutioning by working with teams and documentation.
