Brame partners with many globally recognized vendors and sells a wide variety of products.*Hourly Rate: $20-21The Lead Furniture Installer role is responsible for leading installation crews in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting the install team for a variety of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading the truck, installing furniture according to your directions, and assembling items on-site. You will also help prep the job site and clean up after complete installation. All applicants must have the physical ability to load and unload furniture items from the delivery truck. While it is not required, previous carpentry work or experience using hand and power tools is a plus.LEAD FURNITURE INSTALLER - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for on-site installation projects from start to finish. Ability to read blueprints and or customer drawings for accurate installation. Ability to travel to installation sites; this may involve overnight stays as needed. Assembles and installs school and office furniture in schools and/or businesses per established standards and procedures; maintains safety and professionalism.Moves, loads, and unloads assembled and unassembled furniture as necessary per safety regulations using equipment provided.Provides a thorough explanation of the assembly and installation components to the customer; promptly responds to all questions.Exhibits appearance and conduct per established company standards to present a professional image to customers and the general public; maintains the highest degree of decency, honesty, and integrity as a guest in a customer's location and/or business.Thoroughly and accurately oversees installed furniture, ensuring it is in excellent condition and the work area is cleaned and cleared of debris before departure from the installation site.Maintains control of all assigned company property and ensures that equipment is maintained in safe operating conditions.Accurately completes all necessary paperwork, including but not limited to work orders, service orders, time logs, and emergency information schedules.Ability to drive a 26-foot box truck to specified locations containing pre-assembled and un-assembled products.Safely operates assigned company vehicle and ensures that it is maintained according to the company's specifications.Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.

LEAD FURNITURE INSTALLER - QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED certificateAny combination of education, training, or experience provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities in furniture assemblyFamiliarity with essential hand toolsAbility to read and comprehend diagrams and installation instructionsAttention to detail Mechanical skills - preferred Commitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to manage priorities and workflowVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent customer service skillsProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesAbility to understand any safety requirements and cautionsLift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistanceMay lift to 130 pounds at times with appropriate helpWalk, bend, and climb stairsClimb on and into forkliftsStand for long periodsWear appropriate safety equipmentAbility to pass company background screening, motor vehicle report and drug testing requirementsPreferred Skills:Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus Brame uses the EOS Management System. All employees will participate in regularly scheduled L10 Meetings to discuss departmental issues and suggest opportunities for improvement. All Manager and Supervisors are required to have quarterly conversations with each of their direct reports.
