Job DescriptionThe following items will be required for employment:

• Covid-19 VaccinationOccupational SummaryPerform a variety of courier and delivery duties utilizing a motor vehicle as necessary to ensure the proper distribution of messages, mail, materials and supplies, monies, and bank deposits to various areas of the University as well as outlying departmental satellite clinics.Work PerformedPerform a variety of courier and delivery duties utilizing a motor vehicle as necessary to ensure the timely and proper distribution of materials, supplies, messages, and bank deposits.Sort and deliver incoming mail; meter outgoing correspondence and packages, recording postage charges to appropriate departmental component codes for billing; replenish postage in postage meter on an as-needed basis.Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water; perform routine emergency repairs; maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle; report mechanical problems and deliver the vehicle to a service station or garage for service and repair, as necessary.Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
