The ProgramThe McKinney Mternship program is a 10-week program offered each summer to allow full-time undergraduate or graduate students who bring diversity in experience and perspectives, a peek inside a creatively driven advertising agency. Our interns get hands-on experience working shoulder to shoulder with some of the best talent and across all disciplines in our industry-from Account Management and Creative to all forms of digital/social/broadcast Production to Strategy. We encourage people of all persuasions and who bring unique perspectives to apply for this program. Upon acceptance, all interns are eligible to apply for our Joni Madison Diversity Scholarship.How The Program WorksInterns are assigned to a department we believe will provide the maximum opportunity to dig into and experience the work-within that department, sometimes with our clients and always with integrated teams. We assist our interns in cultivating relationships and connections within the advertising industry. Again, our internship is geared toward full-time undergraduates, at the junior or senior level, or graduate students.The DetailsWe require a minimum of 25-37.5 hours per week. Interns are paid an hourly rate and per our company pay periods. Course credit is offered to any full-time undergraduate or graduate students looking to gain credit for their internship.The Summer Mternship program begins on June 7, 2021 and ends August 13, 2021.
