ECU HealthAbout ECU Health PhysiciansECU Health Physicians is multi-specialty group with over 600 providers in more than 140 primary and specialty clinics across more than 110 locations in eastern North Carolina.Position SummaryA Cardiac Sonographer/Echocardiographer is a credentialed medical professional with academic and clinical experience to use imaging technology to help physicians diagnose heart problems in patients. They operate ultrasound equipment that provides moving 2-D or 3-D images of the heart and its chambers.
