Our work demands attention to safety, commitment to quality, and adherence to schedules.Experience: Ideal candidate will have experience in Root Cause Analysis and Incident Investigations while reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must be able to write routine reports.
Job Summary: The Field Safety Professional is responsible for maintaining and coordinating all InServ safety policies and programs including safety inspections for the assigned project and others as needed. Ensures compliance with all InServ and Site/Customer safety policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State Standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform regular site safety audits and prepare audit reports using our preferred software, called Safety Reports
• Coach employees on-site to use safe work practices, in compliance with federal guidelines and company regulations.
• Monitor the performance of safety critical tasks. Work with the Contractor to ensure proper safety best practices are being implemented.
• Represent the client's best interest related to site health and safety.
• Report safety incidents when deemed necessary.
• Properly use all required personal protection equipment
• Comply with jobsite guidelines to insure a clean, safe and hazard free work environment.Requirements:

  • REQUIRED OSHA 30, 510 and OSHA 500
  • English speaking or Bi-LingualPhysical Requirements The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
