A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Services
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone
and email
Set appointments for patients accurately
Assist support staff in resolving customer issues and perform
database maintenance
Required Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Spanish
1-3 years of customer service experience
Sales experience preferred
Strong computer skills with the ability to use multiple
applications
Adept at building positive relationships with customers and
co-workers
