Job Title: ETQ Specialist
Job Function: ETQ / GXP Specialist
Job Type: Full Time Contract
Location: Remote (100%)

Scope of Job RCM is seeking an experienced quality systems specialist who is experienced with ETQ administration and configuration. This job requires experience in GXP concepts and techniques such as user administration, knowledge management, data management, customer support, Microsoft Office support.

Primary Responsibilities A Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry Leader has a Remote Opportunity for an ETQ Specialist.
Respond to help desk tickets for user administration, keyword and list of value maintenance, and authoring or updating of GXP documents such as administrator SOPs and other controlled documents.
Provide technical and quality support in responding to user issues with various components of the ETQ suite such as document control, deviations, change management, correction actions, etc.
Work with the quality team as necessary to apply client policies and procedures towards resolving ETQ issues and/or changes.
Update GXP documentation as required.

Qualifications 5 + years' experience in total with experience in the Quality Assurance realm with working knowledge of the ETQ product set.
Trained and experienced with ETQ user administration.
Strong written skills especially for Quality Documents such use and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.
Provide minor administrative support in formatting of MS Word and MS Excel documents.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, good communicator
Solid Analytical, problem Solving, and research skills.
Pharmaceutical experience.
GxP experience is required.
Data mining experience, with the ability to mine and summarize data for requests.
The ability to work both independently and with teams at various levels in the organization.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy,
