Person Memorial HospitalPERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITALThe Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator is responsible for the process and completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and quality improvement activities through the coordination of processes of patient/resident assessment tools to meet criteria established by State, Federal, Accrediting and Licensing Agencies. The coordinator assists staff to apply principles of total quality management, coordinating various patient/resident assessment tools, and serving as the liaison for accrediting agencies.Reports to: ECU AdminstratorFLSA: Non-exemptGrade: GX3
