Job purpose

• The Lead Reagent Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing manufacturing activities in compliance with company procedures and external regulatory requirements and will work closely with the operational management to ensure the department is able to meet production demands.
• Organize manufacturing activities and perform formulation, testing, dispensing and packaging of solutions. Duties and responsibilities
  • Assigning daily tasks to manufacturing technicians
  • Maintain batch records, equipment logs and other production records as directed per company procedures including reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Act as qualified trainer for those with less experience
  • Ensure adherence of department schedule
  • Manufacture bulk materials and dispense products following established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform quality tests following established QC protocols and document the results.
  • Maintain a clean an orderly laboratory environment
  • Other tasks as assigned
    
    Requirements
    Qualifications
    
    BS/BA degree in a related field and 1 year of experience working in manufacturing
    
    Experience with formulation and liquid handling
    
    Experience working with quality systems
    
    Experience working with quality documentation including batch records, maintenance logs, NCRs, CAPAs, etc.
    
    Experience running documented procedures
    
    Experience working with excel
