In this role, you will partner with our Principal Investigators or
Bioanalytical Project Managers (BPMs) to manage every stage of our
projects, from start to finish. The Study Coordinator role is the
foundation for managing client projects and scientific execution in
an efficient manner. You'll experience a broad range of
responsibilities, spanning study administration, data management
and client communications.We are looking for candidates who get
energized by complicated bioanalytic challenges and the attention

right at home here at BioAgilytix.Essential Responsibilities
Study Administration
- Assist with organization of ordering/receipt of reagents,
materials etc. required to execute client projects
- Assist in tracking and resolution of deviations
- Assist in the organization of activities required to achieve
data submission/client deliverable timelines for multiple projects
and clients
- Actively collaborate with BPM, Operations, QC, QA and Finance
to facilitate data delivery and project documentation
- Assist in technical report generation
- Provide sample coordination and administration including sample
reconciliation
- Assist in updating project tracking tools and software as
requested
Client Communications/Coordination
- Duties as assigned may include client call scheduling, client
call meeting minutes, organization of action items from client
calls, and other general client coordinationData Management
- Use Watson LIMS, create plate maps, analyze batches, review and
export data.
- Assist in data management including processing, reviewing and
creating data tables

- Other duties as neededMinimum Preferred Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in biological science or related field
- Not less than two (2) years' experience working in biotech,
pharmaceutical, CRO/CMO or similar organization
- Thorough working knowledge of GxP regulations
- Experience with large molecule bioanalytical methods such as
immunoassays and cell-based assays preferredMinimum Preferred
Qualifications: Skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel and Word
- Experience using MS Project or other project management tools
preferred
- Strong organization skills; demonstrated experience in project
coordination and tracking preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment where multiple
concurrent projects must be completed in a timely manner
- Ability to take direction well, detail oriented, highly
organized, works well in team environmentWorking Environment
- Primarily office
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers,
phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinetsPhysical Demands
- Ability to work in an upright and/or stationary position for up
to eight (8) hours per day
- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make
fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists
to operate office equipment
- Occasional mobility needed
- Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and
twisting of upper body and neck
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves)
objects including office materials and laptop computer with a
maximum lift of 20 pounds
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will
understand, with the ability to listen to and understand
information and ideas presented through spoken words and
sentences
- Frequently interacts with others to obtain or relate

Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position
- Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be
available during the "core" work hours as published in the
BioAgilytix Employee Handbook
