Maria Parham HealthThe Senior Partner, Patient Experience and Health Equity will develop, implement, and improve programs to establish and maintain Patient Experience standards or existing processes and services, as well as develop programs to focus on the care provided to patients. The Senior Partner, Patient Experience and Health Equity will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of programs to identify and address health disparities within Maria Parham service lines. - Reports to: Director of Quality, PSO

• Monitors patient and family satisfaction. Responds to questions and complaints from patients, family members, and payors regarding care.
• Performs chart review to identify actual or potential issues with service delivery, patient outcomes and satisfaction, compliance, cost, and reimbursement.
• Research, collect, and analyze internal and external data for decision making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) regarding quality and patient safety/satisfaction initiatives, incidence/occurrence management, and goals in alignment with the hospital's strategic priorities.
• Utilize, integrate, and interpret Patient Experience data and other sourced data to assist organization in its improvement efforts, and promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Serve as a visible, enthusiastic champion who actively coaches senior leadership, department directors, and staff to develop and implement strategies to improve the patient experience.
• Monitor and evaluate health equity related data to identify disparities
• Support REAL data collection and analysis and participate in program design and education efforts
• Facilitate MPH health equity committee
• Work directly with clinical staff and leadership to design and implement ongoing education to facilitate understanding and implementation of health equity standards and principles in an effort to improve patient outcomes
