Job Description:

Maria Parham HealthPerforms preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems and structures throughout the facility.Reports to: Dir Fac Mgmt & SecurityInstalls, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems.Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.
