Job Description:The RoleThe individual selected for this role
will lead squads of analysts, developers, and scrum masters, and
will serve as a trusted partner to our business groups. The
position often entails coordinating and facilitating the efforts of
several systems groups to deliver a seamlessly integrated solution
to our customers. The successful candidate must have deep
leadership experience, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the
ability to facilitate complex issue resolution across multiple
systems and business groups. The individual must possess strong
consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills, be a
problem solver with excellent judgment and strong initiative.
Regular communication (both formal and informal) with Senior
Management is required.Fidelity's Emerging Business unit takes on
some of America's most pressing personal finance issues head on!
One challenge we are addressing is helping people tackle their
student debt. We are working with employers to develop new,
innovative solutions that help their employees to better
understand, avoid, and paydown student debt. As a part of
Fidelity's Student Debt Team, you will be positioned to blaze a new
trail in this new market for employer benefits. Our Student Debt
Technology team designs, develops, implements, and supports WI's
suite of applications for our Student Debt Benefit. We are

Student Debt Benefit as well as developing and mentoring technology

Skills You Bring
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation,
facilitation, and influencing skills
- 10+ Years of demonstrated ability leading and developing
technology associates
- Proven experience leading cross functional development
squads
- Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled
with a growth mentality and a desire to collaborate effectively
with key business and technology partners across the company
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and to deal well
with change as our Emerging Business grows
- Experience working in an Agile software development
framework
- Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field
- You have great communication and influencing skills and can
foster a fun, collaborative and energetic team environment

development opportunities.

- Lead a development team, (including hiring & performance
assessments) and coach the team to their full potential

coordinate development activities

direction and roadmaps
