Job DescriptionLooking to work for a life-changing, GLOBAL leader in medical research and technology here in RTP?We are actively seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide administrative support primarily to the Insurance Support Services team. The Customer Care Coordinator will work closely with the team members within Insurance Support Services to support efficient insurance processing.This will be a hybrid role with initial onsite training required. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM. Pay is $21-$23/hr.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain user access control, records and review schedule for third party payer portals for professionals at MED-EL who need access to these portals.
  • Maintain productivity reports.
  • Distribute communications from centralized systems.
  • Provide administrative support for departmental or team initiatives and responsibilities.Requirements:
    • High School diploma required
    • Minimum of 3 years in a medical recordkeeping or administrative role
    • Good organizational skills and time management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skillsBenefits Overview:
