Calling all associate-level Human Resource professionals! Are

are looking for!Job SummaryAssist in planning, organizing,
directing and coordinating programs and initiatives within the
Human Resource Department. Coordinates and performs work in
assigned human resource functional areas, including, but not
limited to payroll, employee relations, recognition, training,
benefits, workers' compensation, safety and human resource
information systems.Essential Functions:* Leads day-to-day payroll
administration, including bi-weekly payroll processing, and
validating* Enters and updating information in all HR related
systems* Assist with the onboarding of new employees* Acts as the
initial contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll*
Manages workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed
accurately and timely* Organizes the maintenance, storage and
elimination of departmental records, ensuring accuracy,
confidentiality and compliance with federal and state laws* Handles
sensitive or classified material and information confidentially*
Reconciles all employee benefit bills and payroll deductions*
Provides customer service as first contact with public and internal
customers* Schedules meeting and training sessions, including
coordinating arrangements for the room, refreshments, or meals,
prepares materials, arranges for audiovisual equipment or any other
equipment as needed* Assist in creating and developing safety
training programs* Coordinates and schedule all Safety team
training and activity* Coordinates all aspects of the Hearing
Conservation and Pulmonary Function Programs* Ensures all OSHA
updates and training are completed and timely* Manages Employee
Rewards Programs* Maintains OSHA Incident and Accident Log*
Performs human resource related duties in the absence of the Human
Resource Manager* Maintains company organization charts* Prepares
clear and concise reports and correspondence* Maintains office
supplies and equipment inventory* Manages the company credit card
program* Maintains the information that is disseminated via
bulletin boards, TV and electronically* Assist in organizing and
promoting special programs and events* Completes all projects and
assignments timelyAdditional Responsibilities:* Maintains petty
cash log and spread sheet* Acts as the backup for the switchboard
as needed* Maintain establish quantities of OTC medication in
dispenser* Coordinate United Way fund raising activities* Manage
company mail processing and system* Performs other duties as
assignedQualifications:* Bachelor's degree in human resource or
Business or an Associate degree with two-year human resource or
payroll experience* Strong work ethic, ability to work
independently, as a team member and a team leader* Strong oral and
written communication skills, ability to communicate with all
levels of the organization* Willingness to learn and develop,
flexible* High degree of professionalism* Ability to cope under
pressure* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point,
Outlook, and the Internet* Organizes, able to multi-task, detail
oriented and able to prioritize* Able to establish and maintain
