RTI International's Survey Research Division has over 60 years of experience delivering excellence to our clients. Comprised of 150 research professionals, we collect complex behavioral and attitudinal data in many settings. Currently, we have an opening for a Survey Research Assistant. The successful individual will perform a variety of technical, clerical, and data processing duties to support research professionals with the collection, compilation, and documentation of research information. Project work covers a wide range of research topics and populations. The most successful hires have some experience in survey research.This position is preferred to be based in RTP, NC. However, will consider permanent telecommuters.ResponsibilitiesInclude but not limited to:Provide technical and administrative support to projectsManage correspondence and project communicationsCoordinating field training sessions and field observations Develop data collection forms and manualsWork with data collectors to resolve data discrepanciesPerform literature and library searches as neededTrack data collection production activities, compiling response rates and cost dataCoordinate and develop project-specific materials like lead letters and study brochures Assist in the development of training manuals, job aids and other materials for primary data collection.Contact agencies and/or study participants to gather data and acting as a point of contact for non-response and data quality follow-up.Prepare and update monthly progress reports and queriesAssist project staff with Quality Control for various data collection activities.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work successfully in multidisciplinary teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require now, or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.#LI-KW1The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below.
