The Interiors Quotation Specialist will handle multiple projects at any given time, projects that may involve several manufacturers' product lines, projects covering a wide array of financial budgets, and duties that span all activities of supporting each project.$17.50 - $20 / HR + BenefitsInteriors Quotation Specialist Duties:Research and prepare responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Information/Inquiry (RFI) from the initial planning stage to final production and delivery/installation quotes Develop and maintain a working knowledge of vendor websites for project registration and deeper discounts on a cost basisMaintain and routinely update vendor contact and new product informationMaintain a database of the current cost, and discount percentages from each manufactureCoordinate with other departments and company team members, as needed, to produce required bid documentation/proposalDirect, timely engagement via phone and email with sales consultants to understand customers' needs for quotationOrder entry into ePIC (Brame ERP system)Build effective relationships and trust internally with Brame Sales Team Members and externally with current and potential customers by listening to understand needs, exploring the best options, advising them about the products and services most appropriate to their situation, and delivering desired outcomes.Develop and maintain an applicable knowledge of the overall interiors market vertical, including new products, innovation, trends, and supply chain disruptionUphold the company's core values at all times Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
