Your Role and Responsibilities In the Chemicals, Materials and
Manufacturing industry, we find that technical skills are in high
demand, and appropriate cultural fits with client companies is
paramount. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will partner with
our Search Operations (Search Ops) team to support candidate
development for the recruiting team. In a time where organizational

The Talent Acquisition Associate (TAA) will be part of the Search
Ops group in The Chatham Group. We are a nationally recognized

Job Description The Talent Acquisition Associate (TAA) is
responsible for partnering with our recruiting executives and
business stakeholders to develop targeted lists of qualified
candidates for technical positions in Chemicals, Materials,
Specialty Gases, and Manufacturing. They will proactively engage
with their Search Ops Leader and Recruiting team to understand and
fulfill candidate needs for current, open client positions. The TAA
works as their Trusted Advisor in candidate fulfillment and will be
expected to develop an in-depth knowledge of the talent
requirements of our client-base and be able to consult on relevant
industry/sector and market talent insights which impact delivery.
The TAA will share recruitment delivery updates and identify
opportunities for simplification, innovation, and continuous
improvement in delivery, using data to support and back up client
discussions. The TAA will have the ability to foresee and react to
potential delivery challenges before they adversely impact client
satisfaction. Whilst the TAA will oversee all recruitment
fulfillment activities within their area, they may also manage an
individual requisition load (typically for niche, hard-to-fill,
strategic or high-profile roles from Mid-Level Management up to
C-Suite). Working closely with The Chatham Group Recruiters, and
Search Operations Leadership, the TAA will define, develop, plan,
and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to be able to
present qualified candidate short-lists within a rapid timeframe to
the recruitment team. This role requires both client and project
management experience to meet client satisfaction goals. Job
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Works with Search Operations Leadership and key Recruiting
Executives to understand client and project hiring forecasts and
translate it into recruitment plans on an agreed frequency
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the client's a business and
industry sector.
- Provides regular updates to stakeholders on the status of
requisitions, the health of delivery, recruitment market insights,
and strategies to ensure performance metrics are met
- May facilitate the role discovery meeting with Hiring Manager
and recruiters to discuss delivery expectations, timelines, and
sourcing activities
- Partners with other team members in The Chatham Group Search
Ops division to ensure sourcing campaigns and activities are
successful
- May support the delivery team in short-list presentation of
candidates as required
- Analyze platform data to identify ways to improve and optimize
delivery performance and share best practices across the Search Ops
team.
- Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals and revenue
targets as set by the Search Ops Leadership team
- Participate in client rollout discussions, record information
for project success, as well as contribute to updating meetings to
key clientele.
- Maintain accurate data within The Chatham Groups database, and
act as a stakeholder in data integrity.
- Act as an arbiter for The Chatham Group Search Operations
process, following all methods to completion for every position,
and updating the template throughout the process (or as directed by
Search Operations Leadership)
- Help facilitate discussions between candidates, recruiters, and
clients as interviews develop.
- Develop attractive, insightful job positions for all positions,
posting them on The Chatham Group's available job boards, and
maintaining communication with all applicants (or as directed by
Search Operations Leadership).
- Celebrating success when placements happen! Required Technical
and Professional Expertise
- At least 5 years of talent sourcing, recruitment and/or HR
experience
- At least 2 years in a manufacturing or chemicals role with a
good understanding of the industry.
- BS in a technical field of study (engineering, manufacturing,
science, biology, chemistry, etc.)
- Excellent working proficiency in computer skills and MS Office
(particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good working proficiency with CRM systems like, Salesforce,
Bullhorn, Loxo, Bamboo HR, etc.
- Ability to work autonomously to meet project timeline demands
About Search Operations The Chatham Group Search Ops team is a key
division of recruiting operations within the company. - Search Ops
is responsible for all aspects of project fulfillment, candidate
development, data integrity, and project communications for our
Chemical, Manufacturing, and Materials recruiting teams. - Each
member of Search Ops acts as the backbone for talent acquisition
identification, development, and delivery. - The Chatham Group has

take on the task of continuing this reputation while striving to

towards this end.This position is a hybrid work position, offering
a flexible schedule for working in the office and/or at home. - We
expect all Search Ops members to be present in the office 2 days a
week, and available for all weekly meetings regardless of location.
