Description:Candidates will receive up to 200 calls per day, calls last around 5-20 seconds, and can range from patients needing to schedule appointments, patients needing to speak to Doctors, patients needing directions, patients searching for loved ones, internal emergencies within the hospitals, internal employees needing to connect with someone, etc. Candidates receive said calls and determine which department or contact the calls need to be transferred to. After call comes in candidates will note and track the outcomes of each call within internal software. 75% of the call-ins are from patients, but 25% come from internal employees including Providers, Pharmacists, Leadership, etc. Overall, calls come in from a combination of patients, internal employees, and vendors. This is an entry-level role, but Kathy is working to create a career path that leads into an IT-related position (IT Specialist or IT Service Desk).Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience within a call center, or with customer service required
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not requiredHours :
    • 1 opening for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00a-7:00p (12-hour shift so 36 hours per week). Candidates can add a 4-hour shift somewhere to work up to 40-hours.
    • 1 opening for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00p-7:00a (12-hour shift so 36 hours per week). Candidates can add a 4-hour shift somewhere to work up to 40-hours.Training :
      • The first month will be training onsite Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p
      • Candidates are required to be onsite 100% of the time during the first 3 months. Once they prove they are efficient by the 3 months, candidates can work 100% remote.Pay Rate:$15.00-17.00/hour based upon experienceSkills:Call center, healthcare industry, customer service
