This position includes a variety of analytical and client support oriented tasks. The Client Support Specialist uses independent judgement and discretion while adhering to established policies and procedures. The ability to make decisions, resolve issues, and provide solutions that promote a remarkable customer service experience is vital in this role. What You'll Do:Be the voice of the customer for both The Points Guy and Bankrate known user experience.Establish a customer service process that works for both assets as well as proactively think about how we scale a customer service team.Assist in the creation and management of a web-based applicationAct as the service point of contact for major enablement platforms (MX)Hold yourself to high standards of professionalism, ensuring that all communication is clear and thoroughEfficiently self-manage workload, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentBe a strong problem solver, identify root cause and solutions while increasing customer satisfactionCreate and maintain reports for departmental duties Document and create tickets for technical issuesWhat We're Looking For:1+ years of customer service administrative experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office ProductsExcellent communication and writing skillsAccuracy and attention to detailOutgoing, professional personalityExcellent organizational and time management skillsBasic knowledge of personal finance products preferredExcellent telephone skills and ability to be on the telephone for extended periods of timeAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team as needed.Bachelor's DegreeWho We Are:Over the last twenty years, Red Ventures has built a portfolio of influential brands, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships that work together to connect millions of people with expert advice.
