Job Description:

A local company in Henderson is seeking a CNC Turret Machine Operator.Duties and responsibilities include:Work from setup sheets, prints, program tapes, routers, turret station board and instructions:Plan new setups, call up proper program, check setup sheet with turret station board to determine tool placement needs to perform operations such as punching embossing, notching, forming and shearing.Load tools in tool holders and index as indicated in tool sheet.Input program and set material holders in proper position on table.Run sample part and check dimensions and operations performed against print and adjust tool positions or replace tools as necessary.Operate machine, load and unload parts following machine cycle, check work for required operations and specifications and place finished parts on skid.Monitor machine for proper operation, add oil to reservoir and replace tools as necessary.Set up machine per set up sheet. Verify first piece inspection. Prepare job tickets, scrap and daily production records. Notify Group Leader of unusual machine or material problems. Stack and move material with forklift as required. Use carts, dial calipers, scales, tape measure and hand tools. Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform other related duties as assigned.INTERVIEWS ON SITE ARE MANDATORY.PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hourSchedule:
