Full-time, permanent opening for a Medical Lab Scientist in a Core Laboratory in Durham! This position offers competitive compensation, great benefits and more!

POSITION TYPE:  Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
SETTING: Core Laboratory
LOCATION:  Durham, NC
SHIFT: Night shift (Sunday-Thursday 11:30p-8a)
JOB TYPE:  Full-Time Permanent

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1+ year(s) of Generalist experience preferred
Knowledge of current medical terminology to perform full range of laboratory tests (including phlebotomy)
Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation
Ability to read and understand information about instrumentation in laboratory field

CERTIFICATION/ LICENSURE:

ASCP or equivalent certification required

EDUCATION:

BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
