Sr. Director, Enterprise & Business Communications

to the VP, Head of Communications, the Senior Director, Enterprise
& Business Communications develops and oversees the internal
communications strategies to support Labcorp's mission, strategic
priorities, values, culture and brand. Responsible for the
development and oversight of the overarching strategy and tone for
all enterprise-wide communications across geographies and all roles
within every aspect of the business. Be the business partner to
functional executive committee members and segment executives as
needed, working closely with leaders across the company globally to
create relevant programs that advance top priority company
initiatives. Act as a strategic partner on number of matters,
including diversity and inclusion, HR communications, and employee
position is responsible for setting the internal communications
strategy to drive business performance and engage and align
team responsible for creating and executing enterprise-wide,
audience-specific (wired, non-wired, on the go etc.), corporate
function, and segment-specific communications programs, including
major strategic initiatives, and engagement and reputation
programs. These programs are expected to drive a shared
understanding of Labcorp's direction and leaders' and employees'
roles in company success. Ensure communications strategies are
integrated into leadership decision making and planning.
