of possible with us. Position Summary The Assembler II is
responsible for performing moderately complex mechanical and/or
electrical assembly tasks in accordance with engineering drawings,
work instructions, and quality standards. This role requires a
solid understanding of assembly processes, the ability to use hand
tools and test equipment, and the capability to work with minimal
supervision. The Assembler II may also provide guidance to
entry-level assemblers and assist with troubleshooting production
issues. Key Responsibilities /n - Assemble mechanical, electrical,
or electromechanical components and subassemblies following
detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications. /n -
Use hand tools, soldering equipment, torque tools, and measurement
devices to complete work accurately and safely. /n - Perform
functional tests, inspections, and verifications to ensure
assembled products meet internal and customer quality requirements.
/n - Identify and report non-conforming materials or assembly
issues; assist in root-cause troubleshooting and rework. /n -
Document work performed through routers, travelers, and production
reporting systems. /n - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work
environment in compliance with 5S and safety guidelines. /n - Train
or mentor Assembler I teammates as needed. /n - Collaborate with
engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes,
reduce defects, and increase efficiency. /n - Follow all company
policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory
requirements. /n /n Required Qualifications /n - High school
diploma or GED. /n - 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing,
assembly, or production environment. /n - Ability to read and
interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical
documents. /n - Skilled in the use of basic hand tools, measurement
devices, and test equipment. /n - Basic computer proficiency . /n -
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. /n - Ability
to lift 25 /n - -40 lbs and stand for extended periods. /n /n
Preferred Qualifications /n - Experience with lean manufacturing or
5S practices. /n - Previous work in regulated industries (medical,
aerospace, automotive, electronics, etc.). /n - Experience
performing rework or troubleshooting assembly issues. /n /n Key

commitment to accuracy and defect-free work. /n - Teamwork: Works
well in a collaborative production environment. /n -
