following job description: We're seeking a highly skilled Software
Engineer/Technical Lead to design, build, and lead enterprise-grade
reference data management solutions. This role is responsible for
architecting scalable metadata and hierarchy management solutions
using leading vendor tools such as Oracle Enterprise Data
Management Cloud Services (EDMCS), and other enterprise platforms.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical engineering
expertise with strong data governance knowledge to deliver secure,
and highly available reference data services integrated across
analytics and regulatory reporting platforms. This role is
office-centric 5 days/wk. This role requires hands-on development,
platform configuration, cloud enablement, DevOps integration, and
technical leadership across full solution lifecycle phases. Work in
a capacity to influence cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment
across Line of Business (LOB), and Technology delivery functions.
Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and
engineering teams, ensuring data solutions are scalable, auditable
and aligned with cloud and enterprise architecture strategies. This
role is office-centric 5 days/wk. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Following is a summary of the essential functions

which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from
time to time. Lead and participate in the design, development,
testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex
solutions in adherence to company standards, including robust unit
testing and support for subsequent release testing. Develop
scalable solutions for hierarchy frameworks, metadata models, and
governance workflows. Configure and develop cloud strategy
solutions ensuring customized coding, software integration, perform
analysis, using tools specific to the project or the area. Build
non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated
support for highly complex applications in production. Analytical
capability, stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to
anticipate evolving enterprise data needs are critical to success
in this role. Responsible for providing automated monitoring
capabilities, providing warranty support, and providing knowledge
transfer to production support. Exceptional communication, teamwork
and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous
improvement environment Ability to manage multiple concurrent
projects, activities and tasks under time constraints Ability to
deliver innovative, creative solutions and to think strategically
beyond conventional approaches Build REST PAI integration for
real-time and batch synchronization. Enforce role-based access
control (RBAC) and segregation of duties for security controls and
monitoring in support of company standards. Support regulatory
control review, internal and external audit requirements.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, Gitlab, and CI/CD pipeline for
code deployments. Strong troubleshooting and performance
optimization skills. Develop code in accordance with the acceptance
criteria established by the Product Owner. Support ongoing
migration effort from on-premises to Cloud-based platform.
QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications The requirements listed

Bachelor’s Degree and six to ten years of experience or equivalent
education and software engineering training or experience In-depth
knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply,
and implement best practices. Understanding of key business
processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by
applying best practices Ability to provide direction and mentor
less experienced teammates. Ability to interpret and convey
complex, difficult, or sensitive information Professional
experience building high-quality apps or services from the ground
up and scaling at an enterprise level Experience with Open-Source
tools and frameworks Knowledge on cloud technologies, such as AWS,
Azure, or GCP Strong understanding of SOA and/or Open API
methodologies and service architecture Experience using web
servers, application containers, caching technologies Strong
knowledge of relational database design and development (SQL,
stored procedures, data modeling) Preferred Qualifications Banking
or financial services experience Knowledge of one or more of: solid
foundation in data structures, and software design with strong
analytical and debugging skills. Master’s degree and ten years of
experience or an equivalent combination of education and work
