reading. Job Description I.T. Manager will be responsible for the
oversight and management of all technology systems and processes.
The position will ensure all aspects of the technology are
up-to-date, secure, scalable, functioning properly, and that all
company employees are using the technology to its maximum
potential. Will be responsible for keeping secure all I.T. related
assets, developing and implementing policies related to security,
disaster recovery, and I.T. infrastructure. The position will
correlate with upper management plans for project prioritization
and management. Continually striving for a higher efficiency
development team and rapid delivery of error free uninterrupted
systems. Ensure highly confident, resilient, healthy, secure,
scalable, sustainable, and documented platforms, software, and
systems. I.T. Manager will oversee the team of I.T. staff including
interviewing, coaching, mentoring, administrating, and performance
reviews. The position will supervise and administrate both internal
and external developers, third-party vendors, and support resources
in order to successfully deliver high quality software and
services. Participate in research, requirements definition,
planning, designing, and execution of projects. The position will
be challenged with questions like: What new technology can uniquely
distinguish or simplify our service offering?, Is there a viable
third-party API solution available?, How well are our services
performing, are there potential risks, and what would make them
better and more scalable?, What would make us the Dream Team of All

date with latest industry technology trends, patterns, and tooling

Unafraid to ask questions. Look for opportunities to strengthen

measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap. Actively
contributing to the technical growth of other developers, as well
as educating stakeholders and business partners. Conduct unit
tests, code reviews, ensure quality, integrity, and adherence to
best practices, policies, and procedures established by company.
Handle deployments in all environments. Ensure releasing of code
safely, securely, and frequently. Create, document, and maintain
highly confident, resilient, healthy, secure, scalable, and
sustainable software through high quality code and runtime systems
with careful attention to development standards and instrumentation
for observability, alerting, and continual key performance
monitoring and scaling. Participate in on-call rotation. Skills
needed to win: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
Seven years overall experience in software development and
operations, or related IT, or operations field. A keen attention to
detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and solid knowledge base
are essential. Strong understanding of continuous integration and
continuous delivery principles and devops/agile principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to
interact at all levels of organization (internal and external).
Independence and self-motivation with strong team leadership skills
essential to working with others collaboratively and remotely.
Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment. Ability to
multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Strong
understanding of security principles and overall Internet
infrastructure. Azure Cloud Services, MS Windows Servers, MS IIS,
MS SQL Server Azure CI/CD tools, MS Visual Studio, Git, Net, MVC,
C#, Javascript, HTML, MS SQL AI-First Approach This is a remote
position.
