Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Tech Lead (Python).
Key Responsibilities:

Write production-ready code, conduct comprehensive testing, and architect scalable software solutions
Lead development teams and drive coding excellence
Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of software development experience with expertise in Python
Strong proficiency in SQL relational databases and working with APIs
Experience with processing queues and in-memory databases
Solid understanding of Git and branching models for distributed teams
Experience in startup environments within the tech sector
