The TeamCorporate Technology Group is looking for a smart, driven, problem solver.\u00A0 The main objective of this role is to direct and assist in the seamless integration of services between platforms for various enterprise tools.
This position is committed to continuous and superior support during the deployment of these tools and services by gathering and understanding user needs, solving user issues, administration of the tool which includes but not limited to integrations with other tools, SaaS & Cloud support partnering with the vendor, data security and enabling the standardization across the enterprise. The role will be expected to gain expertise on the tools, monitor industry best practices and their adoption in Fidelity. The role also requires data analysis skills and proficiency with SQL, cloud technologies, and Agile tools and platforms such as Jira, Jira Align, and Domo.
You will have strong development and leadership skills and a proven ability to break down a complex problem or opportunity and offer solutions.\u00A0 You will bring a global mind-set and have a high comfort working and orchestrating in a distributed team and management set-up. A structured and organized approach as well as a natural inclination to get things done through others will be key to success. Outstanding communications skills, both in writing and verbal will be required, and an independent, effective upward managing work style. The ideal candidate should show ease at making personal connections, be confident in leading and constructively challenging with a dedicated approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles.
\u00A0The Expertise You Have

  • Degree in a technology field preferred
  • Desired skillset: Java/JEE, Spring, RESTful Services, Cloud (AWS)
  • 8 or more years experience developing full stack software
  • Expert and with core Java technologies and frameworks like Spring Boot\u00A0
  • Experienced in databases and SQL\u00A0
  • Experienced with AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as ECS and Docker
  • Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins\u00A0\u00A0The Skills You Bring
    • You operate with a \u201Ccan-do\u201D attitude despite uncertainties and business flux
    • You can assess audience needs and identify/coordinate team resources to solve a variety of problems
    • Very strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills (without direct authority of others)
    • Very strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to cultivate support, lead change and drive acceptance at all levels of the organization, up to and including the executive level
    • Adaptable and agile, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment\u00A0The Value You Deliver
      • Management of high priority Agile projects and support for critical tools
      • Work with agile team and planning leads to identify, define and agile tools deployment to ensure work aligns with strategic goals and roadmap
      • Utilize structured, disciplined, and data-oriented process to identify root cause and solve problems across tools
      • Effectively communicate progress to senior team.
