The Role
CRBO Product Area in Asset Management Technology is seeking a
tenured Tech lead to drive technical solutions for the Innovation
squad. This is a very unique squad that focuses on identifying
business problems that require innovative solutions, in close
collaboration with business partners, while using different new and
upcoming technologies to solve those problems.
We are looking for a technical leader with a strong and well
rounded engineering background and passion to learn and implement
new technologies and solutions. The tech lead is expected to be the
voice of technology team and represent the squad in terms of
designs and solutions along with the Squad lead. Mentoring the team
and motivating them to come up with innovative solutions will be a
core aspect of this role.
Role will also involve guiding the team as we go through the
roadmap, making sure that we are following engineering standards
and developing in scalable and reusable ways.The Expertise You

while aiming to use the latest technologies available, with a focus
on scaling our learnings to the broader organization.
