Sailpoint IdentityIQIn this position you will join Fidelity's
Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit as a member of the Identity
Governance & Administration product line team. We are a dynamic,
high visibility team that provides access lifecycle control
solutions for all of Fidelity's business units. We are seeking
motivated Software Engineer to provide engineering leadership
across multiple squads on the installation of, and migration to, an
enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ installation that will offer
improved management access rights across our global enterprise.The
TeamThe Identity Governance & Administration product line team
provides provisioning, lifecycle management and control assessment
solutions to technology teams and applications across Fidelity's
business units. We are responsible for providing capabilities that
provide secure, stable access in a manner which ultimately improves
Fidelity's risk posture, ensures compliance with policy standards,
and reduces the overall cybersecurity threat landscape facing the
firm.The Expertise You Have
- B.S.in Computer Science preferred, Engineering / Mathematics or
comparable
- 8+ years of Sailpoint IIQ experience
- 5+ years of Java based software development experience building
scalable and high throughput web applications
- Experience building and deploying cloud enabled applications
leveraging 12 factor design
- Hands on experience with automation & pipeline implementation
(Testing, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipeline)The
Skills You BringYou have hands-on experience in designing and
developing using the following technologies
- Expertise working with Sailpoint Identity IQ platform - Access
Lifecycle Management, Certifications, Role Management
- Expertise in onboarding applications with various connectors
like Active Directory, JDBC, SCIM 2.0, Azure Active Directory
- Expertise developing API's (SCIM, REST) leveraging Java based
development
- Experience with cloud services (Storage, Networking, Compute,
etc.)
- Working knowledge of Pipeline/Build tools such as GIT, Maven,
Jenkins, Artifactory, Veracode, SonarYou possess strong engineering
skills and experience developing maintainable, scalable
multi-tiered applicationsYou are a strategic thinker, bring your
curiosity and excitement; desire to collaborate and work closely in
a paired programming environment; be energized by fast, iterative
and extreme programming practicesYou are open to direction and
following agreed upon standards; yet be comfortable with ambiguity
and enjoy experimenting, developing and presenting alternativesYou
have maniacal focus on automation and always looking towards
reducing waste and improving efficienciesYou should enjoy
communicating and learning the business behind the applicationYou
have experience and comfort working in an agile environment (Scrum
