We believe this unification in conjunction with investments in best of breed capabilities will transform Fidelity into a customer-backed, data-driven, digital-first and efficient Modern Marketer and Communicator.We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a learning mindset who is passionate about using the latest technology, frameworks, and design patterns to solve challenging problems in the Marketing and Advertising Technology space. You will be responsible for implementing software solutions and enabling partner technology to support customer data capabilities and paid media activation. We are on a mission to deliver best in class customer experiences with advertising and data technologies that are future proof. You will work to improve advertising propensity with better matching, targeting, with known and unknown prospects, stitching identify resolution, data enrichment, metadata management, and create a prospect and customer profile. - -The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience working with data in the following ways: SQL, Google BigQuery, Shell Scripting, Python, Snowflake, AWS, with software engineering or database development.
  • Experience in Data query, joins, data matching, anonymizing, enrichment from multiple cloud data sources.
  • Foundational understanding of tag management (Floodlight, Google Analytics), online user tracking and digital analytics
  • Understanding of Marketing and Advertising / Paid Media ecosystem, specifically in Google products including Google analytics, Campaign Manager, and Google Marketing Platform.
  • Strong communication skills across both business and technical communities
  • Certifications in MarTech, AdTech, Data Platforms, Google Cloud, AWS are a plus.
  • Experience working with Agile practices and ceremonies are a plus
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.Leadership and Process -
