We are currently sourcing for a Project Coordinator to work in Fidelity's Enterprise Human Resource Group in Durham, NC!The RoleAs a Project Coordinator you will be a key player on the Enterprise HR / Payroll Platform Solutions team, supporting HR Service Now - Fidelity's new global, Onboarding cloud-based technology. Work in a team passionate about improving the digital experience for all new hires, while growing efficiency and redefining the Onboarding through technology. You will be passionate about the implementation of Service Now Onboarding portal and will collaborate with business and technology partners to seek issues, deliver improvements, and provide ongoing support in an Agile environment.The Service Now Project Coordinator will lead the project from inception to completion. This will entail working with a system implementer to build project plans, test plans and requirement gathering sessions. Your role will handle both the IT integrations and Business configurations project plans. You will partner with Product Management, business partners, and a larger project team to understand business objectives and deliver technology solutions to meet the needs of the project. This role will ensure the project will be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress with appropriate resources and availability.The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of technology project management experience required
  • 3+ years of system integration experience preferred
  • Proven teammate with a positive outlook
  • Prior experience working on SaaS platform
  • Prior experience with HR applications preferred but no required
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a fast paced, agile environmentThe Skills You Bring
