Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding.The UX Designer is responsible for composing designs and prototypes for new and existing screens for the LocumsMart Vendor Management System. The UX designer will have a keen understanding of the customer experience and pain points, in order to design an intuitive, responsive, and mobile friendly user interface.The individual in this role will work closely with the technology team, in an agile environment, to iteratively implement design improvements. This role will focus on designing prototypes, however usability studies and customer interviews among internal and external stakeholders may occasionally be required.This position is remote with occasional travel to distributed LocumsMart offices, particularly Raleigh, NC. The UX Designer will report directly to Product Management.Your role::Create modern intuitive designs that solve complex problems leveraging UX bestpractices and the latest prototyping tools.Iteratively design and deliver improvements on the end-to-end user experienceCreate design mockups, prototypes, and handoff using tools such asSketchZeplinLeverage low-fidelity methods to rapidly iterate on wireframes and prototypesEngaged during the entire product lifecycle, from zero-base ideation and research, through delivery and the continuous improvement of the product.Contribute to and establish design system standardsCreating compelling visual designs to support ad-hoc Marketing and Sales initiativesContribute to building out our user testing methodologies and research practicesContribute to usability studies and interviews among internal and external stakeholdersUnderstand your customer and be an advocate for great design practiceParticipate in agile team ceremonies such as refinement by contributing to the discussionYour qualifications::The ideal candidate will have experience creating holistic user interface designs for a software as a service platform. A passion for understanding the customer experience and the ability to make meaningful suggestions to the Product and technology teams.
