planet. To support that challenge, the Pipeline Enablement -team is
currently seeking a Agile Portfolio & Programs Lead -in Durham, NC.
As an Agile Portolio & Programs Lead apply a holistic view on the
opportunities and solutions driven by the Decision Science Enabling
Technology Portfolio (DSET), creating demand and participating in
the solution delivery. You will help shape the future of
agriculture by: Partner with other portfolio experts to develop,
drive and transform the global vision for Seeds Development to
create a best-in-class experience for our PE users Act as a key
player on translating the global strategy for PE portfolio,
leveraging and improving the existing ways of working and focusing
on priority value initiatives Drive portfolio digital innovation
(using Agile methodologies) collaborating with the teams to ensure
we have the right Portfolio Flow and processes in place from
disposition of demand, prioritization, tracking project status to
support decision making
- Support the Value Stream Owners on the cycle definition and
adjustment of budget guardrails in line with value prioritization

Requirements
- 5+ years as a servant leader of large-scale Agile Portfolio
experience using a Scaled Agile Framework (e.g., SAFE, etc).
- Senior Agile Leadership skills with an ability to lead by
example and challenge command and control behaviors
- Ability to identify and nurture value streams at portfolio
level - direct experience converting traditional waterfall project
silos into lean-agile value streams is required
- Prior experience in establishing portfolio-level workflow
structure
- Highly flexible/dynamic/consultative work approach. Be a
problem-solver
- Well-versed through direct experience in establishing and
reinforcing an agile adoption lifecycle at portfolio,
program-project, and team levels: Implement, Improve, Standardize,
and Scale
- High aptitude for heavy interaction with business owners within
a globally, geographically distributed organization
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in feedback,
conflict management and mentoring skills
- Hands-on experience applying lean/Agile methodologies within
infrastructure, hardware, and operational environments.
- Be able to strongly work, present and communicate in English.
