They will be focused on how our content will show up in social media platforms. They do not focus on building the actual platforms out. This is more of a business creative squad. Working with Fidelity investments on how they show up in social media. Candidate: Ideal candidate: Someone who has worked in marketing space. Has had experience in financial services firm dealing with social media. Worked with a team that delivered at the user experience into the social media platforms. Adaptable/ flexible/ can coach Will be working with a new team/ fast paced environment. Being able to scale across multiple teams is important and understanding Scrum. Looking for someone who was a Scrum in a business team vs technology team. Someone who has an agile mindset. Someone who can help with coaching. They do not want to see candidates who only talk about facilitation- They need candidates who have delivered business value. Important they partner with different team members so they must be a team player. Someone who is curious and flexible. Must haves: ideally any Scrum Master work in the non-technical space, 4+ years of experience Nice to have: any social media experience or creative experience. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Strong proficiency and experience with encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms, ceremonies, and supporting the overall Squad performance and efficiency
  • Agile/Scrum Fundamentals - WHY and HOW
  • Understanding of JIRA/Kanban boards
  • Identifying team improvement opportunities and looking externally for best practices to support continuous improvement
  • Leading and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, e.g., backlog maintenance, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Ensuring all work is tracked in the backlog and accurately balanced across team members
  • Maintaining and updating the Squad's process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear communications to partners
  • Experience acting as or collaborating with the Scrum Master leading teams
  • Bachelor's degree or undergraduate degree preferred
