HR Director
Vaco has partnered with a growing technology company to hire an HR
Director in Durham, NC. As the HR Director you will be a hands-on
leader overseeing HR strategy and implementation, talent
acquisition and retention, performance management, and payroll.
Multisite or international experience is highly preferred. This is
a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement global HR
strategies aligned with company objectives and values.Lead talent
acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent
worldwide.Establish standardized HR policies and procedures to
ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while promoting a
consistent employee experience.Foster a culture of diversity,
equity, and inclusion across all regions, promoting awareness and
implementing initiatives to drive diversity and inclusion
efforts.Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams, ensuring
consistency in practices while allowing for local adaptations as
necessary.Implement performance management systems and processes to
drive employee development, engagement, and productivity.Oversee
compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and
fairness across all regions.Manage global employee relations
matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and
grievance procedures.Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the
effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make data-driven
decisions for continuous improvement.Stay abreast of global HR
trends and best practices, adapting strategies and initiatives
accordingly to maintain the organization's competitive edge in
attracting and retaining talent.
Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on HR experience,
with at least 3 years in leadership roles.Multisite or
international HR experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or related field.PHR or SHRM-CP
certification highly preferred.Previous experience in startup or
rapid growth environments.Strong understanding of HR best
practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing
priorities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making
