Express Employment Professionals has an internal opening for a Recruiting / Employment Specialist in our Durham / RTP office.
As a Recruiting Specialist, your focus would be on managing relationships with job seekers, contractors, and hiring managers. The ideal candidate would have experience or an interest in human resources and staffing / recruiting, as well as the ability to focus on inside sales to strengthen business partnerships and develop new clients.
We need individuals with the drive to be successful that will work hard to help match the right candidates to the right job opportunities with our clients in the Triangle area. And, in doing so, help people in our community find great jobs! We are also seeking individuals with the potential to move into management/leadership roles within the organization.
This position involves recruiting, screening, and interviewing prospective job seekers, matching candidates' skills & experience with available jobs, managing our temporary / contract workforce, inside sales to generate job opportunities for job seekers, and meeting with clients / prospects to develop business. Our company provides temporary / contract & direct hire staffing in office / administrative, professional (accounting / finance, IT, HR, sales / marketing), and industrial / technical fields.
