Job Overview and Scope

  • Be responsible for the HR operations in Los Angeles (LA) and North Carolina (NC) sites, ensure all HR practices are in compliance with local labor law and regulations;
  • Provide administration support to LA and NC Key Responsibilities / Core Responsibilities HR Responsibilities
    • Ensure the employee data and information to be maintained properly;
    • Cascade down the HR policy and procedures to the team when necessary;
    • Collect and answer queries from employees on labor issues;
    • Maintain good relationship with external parties;
    • Implement the employee benefit program in US?
    • Monthly Payroll process and annual merit plan communication preparation.
    • Regular HR related reports. Staffing
      • Be responsible for posting jobs and make the interview arrangement;
      • Be able to conduct first interview in terms of soft skills and personality required
      • Interview arrangement for leaders;
      • Ensure smooth employee check-in and check-out process.
      • Be responsible for reference check and exit interview.
        • Support functional leaders for performance management process;
        • Support functional leaders to maintain good employee relationship;
        • Support functional leaders on annual budgeting in terms of labor & Admin. Cost. Administration Responsibility
          • Lease contract and property management for NC;
          • Contract management for NC;
          • Maintain service level of the appointed vendors;
          • Be responsible for office equipment purchase and maintenance
          • Play the role of the employee activity organizer. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understand the law and regulations of US labor related. Familiar with HR operation system and C&B program; Ability to handle process of performance management & basic skill for people development Good analysis ability; Learning agility? Proactive and can work under pressures? Good communication and influencing skills Education and Experience
            • Bachelor degree or above with major in management or Human Resources;
            • 5+ years HR and Admin. experience;
