  • With minimal supervision, provide direction to operators in the packaging and labeling of full. commercial scale batches, scale-up, development and CTM batches.
  • With minimal supervision, assemble, disassemble, clean and store packaging equipment.
  • Document packaging and labeling steps in batch records accurately and completely as required. and confirm documentation is completed with minimal errors.
  • Perform start-up and in-process testing accurately and ensure proper documentation Complete. QAD transactions for components and finished goods.
  • Update work order when needed to complete batch.
  • Recognize potential problems and provide input on corrective action(s).
  • Lead SMEs in training staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.The Candidate
    • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of packaging experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Associate degree with 5+ years of packaging experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • HS or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical production area, including leadership experience resulting in sound functional understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
    • Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent-sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience.
    • Must be able to use QAD (inventory Management System) to assist in the timely start and completion of batches and documentation.
    • This position requires you to wear a respirator for your safety, and as such, employment is contingent upon you being able to complete a medical evaluation with satisfactory results prior to the start of your employment.
    • Position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted, and push a maximum of 100 lbs.--Why You Should Join Catalent
