Job Description:
Position Summary The duties of the Clinical Assistant Professor
will involve coverage of UNC Hospitals’ Gross and Frozen Section
rooms, research tissue procurement for the UNC Lineberger
Comprehensive Cancer Centers, and the Gross and Frozen Section room
at UNC Hospitals Hillsborough Campus. Opportunities to cover
autopsy are also available. This position will involve specimen
grossing, frozen sections, teaching of resident physicians and
tissue banking, among other activities. Preferred Qualifications,
Competencies, And Experience Prior clinical experience, teaching
experiences,and tissue banking experiences preferred.
